Wet Basement Repairs

We have dedicated a lot of time over the years to understanding how water enters a basement and most importantly how to stop a leaking basement from reoccurring. After trying many methods, and many trials and tribulations over the years, we finally gathered the best from each and made one great method called “Our Guaranteed Method”.

This method is known as the guaranteed method, because you will never again have a basement flood. Our method is the ultimate waterproofing for basements! It allows you to address all your issues at once. Although some contractors will only recommend that repairs be made from the inside, we strongly advocate exterior basement waterproofing.

Exterior methods are used to repair foundation cracks and change weeping tiles. Tremco waterproofing, Blueskin membrane, Tremco waterproofing, Tremco waterproofing, Tremco waterproofing, Tremco waterproofing, Tremco waterproofing, and Delta membrane will also be used. After you have completed the foundation waterproofing, and if necessary, imported new backfill, you can adjust the landscaping to ensure that water runs away.

This is also a great time to repair the foundation’s parging! You will see a lot more water in your sump pumps system after you have a new weeping tiles in place. Make sure your sump pumps are operating properly. Consider installing a battery backup sump or a water backup sump to protect your main pump from power outages.

This industry has been a passion of mine for a long time. I enjoy the science behind wastewater treatment. It also fits in nicely with my wet-room philosophies in that you must understand water and its behavior to effectively get rid it.

Our septic system designs and repairs we also offer septic system installations. We can install either concrete or plastic septic tanks if you require a new one. While I strongly recommend installing concrete tanks sometimes the situation requires a plastic tank and when it does, we use the industry’s toughest tanks, Roth!

These bullet proof tanks are manufactured by Roth Global Plastics which in my opinion are the toughest tank you will find. If it’s a drain field (aka septic bed or leaching field) you need, we’ve got you covered.

We follow the Ontario Building Code, and often exceed their requirements. We know what it takes for a system to last many years. This is because we have seen many systems fail over the years.
