I was referred to Warden Optometry following a motor vehicle accident, as I was experiencing persistent concussion symptoms and problems with balance. From the beginning, I was extremely impressed by the professionalism, knowledge, and compassion of the doctors and the entire clinic team. They developed a treatment plan specifically for my needs, combining neuro-optometric treatment with vestibular physiotherapy to help restore my balance. Although Warden Optometry may be considered an optometry clinic, they offer so much more.
Dr. Liang and Matt at Warden Optometry have been amazing in helping me with my concussion-related vision symptoms. Their expertise, care, and support throughout my treatment have made a real difference in my recovery. I’m very grateful and highly recommend them!
Please avoid. I went there for an eye exam plus contact fitting. There is extra charges for contact fitting that insurance company does not cover. I called a few places after about this contact fitting charge and this place charges significantly more (2-3x) than the 3 optometry offices I called. The optometrist then proceeded to ask if I need some teaching about how to put the contacts on ( my first time so ofcourse I need that help). She sent the receptionist to come help with that who just sit there and watch me put the contact on and charge me $50 for that.

About Warden Optometry
Reviewers mention concussion and neuro-vision care most. Many credit Dr. Liang with patience and clear explanations. Others say costs and add-on fees surprised them, or that a therapy program was hard to understand at the start.
Booking vision rehab at Warden Optometry
The clinic describes neuro-optometric rehab for symptoms after concussion, whiplash, stroke and long COVID. It says physicians, physiotherapists and other therapists can send concussion patients through its referral form. Ask your referring provider to send that form before you call.
Ask how many sessions a program runs. Ask how payments are spread across it. Get the full plan and total cost in writing before the first session.
Planning a child's myopia visit in Markham
The company lists custom myopia plans for kids aged 6 and up, using ortho-k overnight lenses and axial length biometry. Its website says children should have a first exam at 6 months, another at age 3, then one each year once in school. Book the visit type that matches your child's age.
The clinic says care is offered in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Ask for your language when you book. Confirm which tests the visit includes, so you can plan the rest of the day.
Settling costs before your Warden Optometry exam
The clinic names insurance and payment plans on its website. Call your insurer first and ask what an exam and a contact lens fitting are covered for. Then ask the clinic for its prices on fittings, lens teaching and anti-fatigue lenses.
