Amanda is licensed in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. She is a Newburyport resident since childhood. She has seen firsthand the transformation and restoration of Newburyport's downtown and city. Raised in a family of a local real estate professional with her parents being early investors, she got exposure to the industry at an early age and learned the historic value of our community and homes. She is a proud member of Newburyport Preservation Trust and has been trained as an expert in historic real property by the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
