Kreem Shakti uses Ayurveda, an ancient science, to help you achieve optimal health for your body, mind, and soul. We recognize that everyone is unique and use this sacred wisdom as a guide to help each person find their natural healer. Not only do I have a background and cultural roots in Ayurveda, but also sixteen years of work experience in the Western Medical field. I have personally used Ayurveda to heal my family and myself. I strongly believe in the fundamental principles and practices of Ayurveda.
