Founded in 1996, Mountain Artworks Studio: AKA Michael "Goose" Sizemore provides beautiful metal art and custom metal sculpture. The artist's fascination with Anasazi pictographs and petroglyphs of the American Southwest is evident in all of his creative works ranging from small copper wall hangings to monumental sculptures made of various metals. My art is dominated by the linear elements of these ancient designs and my love for the organic world. I conceptualize in dreams, engineer on paper, and produce in the welding shop.
